Damages due to accidents, improper use, wear and tear or other non-warranty issues will be repaired at a reasonable cost plus shipping and handling. Please send your foils, components or board, postage paid and with our Customer Repair Form (at the bottom of this page) attached. We will repair it after a quote and your approval including payment. If the product is irreparable we may choose to offer a replacement at a discount. This will be considered on an individual basis.

You may always e-mail us with warranty questions or ETA on returns. If you have returned a foil, component or board and have not heard back, please contact us to confirm we have received it.   We are happy to talk with you at any time.

Caring For Your LP Foils:

Foils do incur natural wear and tear and breakdown of materials over time.  Taking care of your equipment will significantly extend its life. Here are a few steps you can take to extend the life of your foils:

         1. Practice good technique. Avoid repeatedly striking things such as rocks, and coral heads and direct impacts.

         2. Avoid leaving your foil & board in a hot car or similar hot environment for prolonged periods of time.

         3. Keep your foil in a bag. LP Foils offers a variety of bags & accessories that help protect foils from heat and sun                        exposure as well as unexpected dings.

         5. Rinse all parts of your foils in fresh water after use in salt water.

Our primary concern with warranties/repairs is to get you back out on the water foiling as soon as possible!
